Get Registered!

To register your student for a Shiloh Christian activity, please complete the following steps:

• Get a Sports Physical. For students grades 7-12, a physical examination must be completed prior to your student participating in a practice. Physicals are good for the current school year as long as they took place on or after April 15th of the preceding school year. There will be a section in the online registration for you to upload the physical. A valid copy of the physical must be digitally uploaded here or your student will not be eligible to participate.
• Click the button below and complete the online registration for your student. In this process you will be asked to fill out some general information, upload a physical, agree to the code of conduct form, provide medical history/information, and complete a section on concussions.
  • Note - you will need to create an account through Arbiter Sports - please save your username and password for future registrations.
  • Please note, if your student is in 7th and 8th grade and competing at the high school level, you will need to register them under the high school for that sport.
• After rosters are completed, you will be billed through the FACTS Financial System where you can pay online or by check in the front office. Please note Shiloh's activities are as follows:
  • 6th Grade - $75
  • Middle School - $100
  • High School - $125

Once you have completed the online registration, uploaded a physical, and paid the fee for your student, he/she should be registered and ready to go for the school year. You should not have to complete a new registration each time a new season begins as long as all items were taken care of in the initial registration.
