Shiloh Christian School is excited to welcome our newest team members to our school community! Each of these individuals brings unique  gifts, talents, and a heart for serving others. Jordan Williams
Head Coach Boys Basketball

Coach Williams comes to Shiloh after 15 seasons as an assistant coach for Century High School Boys Basketball.

A graduate of Mandan High School, Williams played basketball and ran cross country. He went on to play basketball at Mayville State University for two years and then transitioned into coaching.

Williams spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He graduated with degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Education and minors in strength and condition and coaching.

In addition to coaching, Coach Williams currently teaches Physical Education and Health at South Central High School and also works for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is married to Amanda, and they have 4 children.

Bonnie Haskins
High School Math

Bonnie Haskins was raised in Hazen and graduated from Hazen High School. She then attended two years of college at Minnesota State University - Moorhead before transferring to the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks where she graduated with a BS in Atmospheric Science and a minor in Mathematics.

For the past seven years, Mrs. Haskins has been a professional math tutor at Bismarck State College. Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys reading, researching family history, crafting, and spending time with her husband and three sons. She has also been active as a Boy Scout leader for several years.

Bonnie is excited to join the Shiloh family and pass on her love and knowledge of math to students!

Samantha Tighe
Elementary Physical Education

Samantha Tighe was born and raised on a farm in rural Minnesota. She loves being outdoors and is looking forward to exploring Bismarck. 

Mrs. Tighe graduated from Cedar Mountain High School in 2005 and then attended Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN. There she earned her undergraduate degrees in Health Education and Physical Education with a minor in coaching.

Mrs. Tighe has been involved in athletics from a young age and loves to help youth find success and joy through being active. This is one of the reasons she chose to pursue a career in physical education.

Mrs. Tighe taught middle school physical education and health for 10 years in Minnesota and then Grand Forks, ND.  More recently, she spent two years teaching elementary physical education in Mayville, ND. Samantha has found there is no better place to be energized than in a gym full of elementary students learning new skills and cheering each other on! 

With her three children joining her at Shiloh this fall in 1st, 5th, and 7th grade - Mrs. Tighe is looking forward to sharing the experience of a faith-filled education with her family and the Shiloh community! 

Brynn Neumann
5th Grade Teacher

A native of Minot, Miss Neumann graduated from Our Redeemer’s Christian School in 2021 and recently graduated with her bachelor’s in elementary education from Minot State University.
While at Our Redeemer’s, she was part of the school worship team and did a co-op through Minot High School for swimming. Throughout college, she was involved with Minot State’s CRU ministry, where she led worship and organized several worship nights.
Miss Neumann has always wanted to be a teacher, but her two years serving as an AWANA group leader at her local church only further inspired her to pursue a teaching career. 
When not in the classroom, you can find her spending time with family and friends, going out for drives, and making and drinking coffee 🙂
Miss Neumann is excited to begin her career at Shiloh and hopes she can make a positive impact on her students as individuals and learners!

Lane Goehring
High School Math

Born and raised in Menoken, ND, Lane graduated from Legacy High School in 2020. He went on to earn am associate’s degree from Bismarck State College in 2022 and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics education at Dickinson State University in the fall of 2024. Before coming to Shiloh, Lane served as a special education teacher at Bismarck High School, where he also coached inclusive sports such as flag football, wiffle ball, and track.

Mr. Goehring has a deep passion for building meaningful relationships with both students and staff, and is excited to bring that heart to the Shiloh community! Outside of school, you can find Lane enjoying North Dakota’s great outdoors -especially if it involves hunting or fishing.

 

Samantha Ballesteros
Academic Administrative Assistant 

Samantha Ballesteros is honored and excited to step into the role of Academic Administrative Assistant at Shiloh Christian School. Raised in western North Dakota, she grew up in the communities of Killdeer and Dickinson and graduated from Dickinson High School in 2005. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Dickinson State University in 2012.

With a heart for service and organization, she brings years of experience in administrative and support roles, including time spent in the Student Services office of a large high school, where she assisted students, families, and staff alike. Most recently, she served as a liaison for the State of North Dakota, fostering strong relationships with volunteer partners and key stakeholders to support disaster response efforts across the state. Her background also includes work as an office administrator for a foster care agency, further deepening her passion for supporting families and children.

Outside of work, she cherishes time with her husband and two young children, who also attend Shiloh. Together, they enjoy exploring nature trails, bike riding, reading, and cooking family meals.

Samantha views her role at Shiloh as more than just a job—it’s a calling to serve students, families, and staff with excellence, compassion, and faith. She is committed to creating an environment rooted in Christ’s love, where all feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow both academically and spiritually.

Sara Glass
5th Grade Teacher
 

Sara Glass, a Bismarck native and 2021 graduate of Bismarck High School, is joining our elementary team as a 5th grade teacher in the 2025-2026 school year.

Active in the BHS Update and Drama Club, she is a natural communicator and quickly connects with others.

Ms. Glass graduated from Valley City State University in the fall of 2024 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. At VCSU, she served in several leadership roles through The National Society of Leadership and Success and Viking Campus Activities Board.

At 16, Ms. Glass began working with students and fell in love with teaching. Her passion for education and for serving students becomes quickly apparent when you meet her!

"I am excited to meet the students at Shiloh and get connected to the Shiloh community," explains Ms. Glass.

When not at school, you can find her spending time with family and friends, playing board games, being outside when the weather is nice, and spending time in God's word.

Josh Tripp
MS/HS Technology Teacher

Mr. Tripp grew up in Arkansas but has been calling North Dakota home since 2013. He began his career in education teaching at Trinity Catholic Junior High School in Arkansas.

After moving to North Dakota, Mr. Tripp spent five years teaching physical education at the North Dakota Youth Correctional Center, followed by two years teaching PE and Health at Fort Yates Middle School.

For the past three years, he has been working at Lincoln Elementary School with his wife Jackie, who is an elementary school counselor.

Alongside working in education, Mr. Tripp has been pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity and Information Technology and explains "I am very excited about the opportunity to merge my background in education with my passion for technology and computer sciences." 

Mr. Tripp lives in Mandan, and while he doesn't have children of his own, he and his wife are blessed to have four nieces who they love dearly and get to be a big part of their lives.

Leyton Lang
Activities Director 

Leyton Lang is humbled and enthusiastic to begin serving as Activities Director at Shiloh Christian School. Born and raised in Minot, Lang graduated from Our Redeemer’s Christian School in 2018 and would continue his education at Bismarck State College, earning an Associate in Arts degree in 2020 while serving as captain of the men’s basketball team. He later obtained a Bachelor’s in Composite Social Science from Dickinson State University and is set to complete his Master of Sports Administration in Athletic Leadership in May 2025.

With four years of coaching experience at Century High School as head coach of the freshman boys basketball teams and an assistant to the 2025 Class AA State Champions - Leyton is committed to the growth and success of all students. During his time at Century, he also spent three years as a part of the academic support staff, working directly with students in the classroom in a variety of roles.

Lang's vision as Activities Director is to promote a welcoming environment that cultivates spiritual, mental, and physical growth, and produces high character students that seek to serve others and honor God in every aspect of life.

Outside of work, Lang enjoys attending sporting events, traveling to visit family and friends, occasional trips to the movie theater, and spending time at the lake.
